This program is a great opportunity for you to find or re-connect with your inner bliss through your own practice. Since 2021, we have moved to online classes only. There are two classes available per week, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini yoga class.

If you are looking for a more individual approach, we offer online private classes which are specifically tailored to meet your unique needs.  

The Private Yoga sessions are designed for individuals who are:

* new to Yoga and would like to learn and experience the basics of Yoga practice; 

* looking for one on one attention due to specific injuries and requirements;

* for a tailored practice to suit their ability and fitness levels;

* looking to design their own practice according to their individual needs.

The initial consultation will focus on identifying your individual needs and goals, and designing a plan that will meet them in the most enjoyable way. The private sessions can cover any or combination of the following styles – Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, and sound healing – Acutonics.

Online Experiential Workshops are designed to assist you in letting go of the past pains and sufferings accumulated throughout life, to remove subconscious blocks in your energy field, and to renew/rebirth yourself.

Through this monthly rebirthing series, you will learn how to re-establish the connection to your true self and how to start creating fresh new experiences of health, vitality, mental clarity, and emotional well-being in your life.

A New Moon meditation focuses on setting intentions and manifesting desires for the upcoming lunar cycle, utilizing the energy of the new moon for new beginnings and personal growth. It involves finding a quiet space, relaxing the body and mind through breathwork, and then setting intentions for what you wish to cultivate in your life
